As Co-Founder of Influenceo Group, Shadé brings positive psychology and neuroscience research to life through simple, easy-to-apply strategies to boost retention and drive business performance within organisations.
A former lawyer with a background in psychology, marketing and sales, bolstered by experience in leadership and consulting at a Big-4 bank, Shadé is commercially savvy while being very in touch with the human side of business.
Her passion is to empower women and minorities to challenge unconscious bias, drive inclusion and advance equality for a happier, more productive and more sustainable workplace for all. She’s also founder of Neurofemina, an innovative training platform to equip women with Confidence, Capability and Clarity to ignite their potential and excel in an era of unprecedented uncertainty.

Shadé runs a social enterprise that drives the empowerment of young women in high schools, has volunteered and lived with a remote Aboriginal community in Cape York to deliver a strategic community business plan to secure funding and resources, volunteered at an Indigenous children’s wellbeing festival in remote Alice Springs, is a regular volunteer facilitator with CareerTrackers Indigenous Internship Program and CareerSeekers New Australian Internship Program and firmly believes in the responsibility we all have to give back in whatever way we can. She offers pro bono keynotes and presentations to Charities and social enterprises regularly, including being a guest speaker for the Banking and Finance Oath Young Ambassadors event in 2019 alongside Phillip Lowe, Governor of the Reserve Bank of Australia.
As an instigator of positive social change, Shadé is passionate about empowering our next generation of female leaders who will challenge unconscious bias and take steps to address gaps in gender parity and inequality in the workplace. She believes very strongly in providing equal opportunities for all, and works to address some of the underlying issues that limit women and other minority groups from achieving their full potential.
